One Partner. Total Peace of Mind.Business technology. A clearer next step.
LESS FRUSTRATION. MORE CLARITY.
Sound familiar?
Let’s look at what’s behind it.
01Not sure what’s covered?
Devices, email and security tools have grown over time. It’s hard to tell where monitoring starts and where the gaps might be.
THE ABR RESPONSEWe review your current coverage and discuss managed detection and response from ABR, with monitoring by a dedicated security team within the agreed service scope.
02An alert arrives. Who acts?
An alert on a screen is only part of the story. You need to know who reviews it, who is contacted and what happens next.
THE ABR RESPONSEWe clarify how alerts are reviewed, who is responsible for response and how issues are escalated to your business or existing IT team.
03Support boundaries unclear?
A security event, a broken laptop and a recovery request can involve different people, hours and responsibilities.
THE ABR RESPONSEWe work through monitoring, help-desk and recovery responsibilities, including coverage hours and the work that may need a separate agreement.
YOUR FREE SYSTEM REVIEW
A practical place to start.
01Share the concern
Tell us what feels unclear about your security or IT support. A short description is enough to start.
02Map the coverage
We’ll arrange an initial conversation about your systems, monitoring, response contacts and support responsibilities.
03Agree the priorities
Discuss practical next steps and any deeper assessment needed. Scope, responsibilities and any fees are agreed before work begins.
Initial review at no charge. Onsite visits are included where appropriate; extensive assessments or ongoing project meetings may be quoted separately, with any fees agreed in advance.
This initial conversation reviews your needs and options. It is not a technical audit, a compliance certification or an emergency incident-response service. Monitoring coverage and response responsibilities depend on the agreed services.
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
Choose coverage your team can understand.
Businesses across Chicago’s northwest suburbs need a clear view of devices, email, monitoring and support. Managed detection and response from ABR includes 24/7 monitoring by a dedicated security team; help-desk hours and recovery work depend on the agreed services.
What should we bring to an initial security review?
Start with a list of systems, approximate device counts, existing security and backup tools, and who currently supports them. Discuss gaps or concerns without sending passwords, client records or other sensitive information through this form.
Does MDR replace our IT support or backups?
MDR focuses on detecting, investigating and responding to threats within its scope. Day-to-day IT support, email protection, backups and recovery need their own agreed coverage. We help clarify which services fit together and which responsibilities remain with your team.
Can we keep our current IT provider?
We can discuss a setup that supports your existing team. Before onboarding, agree who manages tools, approves changes, receives alerts and coordinates response so responsibilities are clear.
What should a security proposal specify?
Ask which systems are covered, monitoring hours, response authority, escalation contacts, onboarding steps and exclusions. Confirm any help-desk, onsite or recovery fees separately. No security service can guarantee that an incident will never happen or that all data can be recovered.
Is the free review a compliance audit?
No. It is an initial conversation about your needs and options. A technical assessment, written security plan or compliance-related engagement requires its own scope. Your firm remains responsible for its obligations.
